Hotel Erwin is hosting the first-ever Cocktail Wars at High Rooftop Lounge, a four-month-long battle, which started Monday, November 4, to award the best bartenders in Venice Beach.

Now through March, local bartenders will be tasked at turning a basket of four unrelated ingredients into an extraordinary cocktail. Rooftop-goers will then vote on the winning cocktail of the evening.
The competition will conclude with a final round on Monday, March 2.
Competitors are a selection of bartenders from: Tasting Kitchen, Townhouse Venice, Chulita, Roosterfish, The Venice Whaler, Larry’s, Gran Blanco, Venice Ale House, and High Rooftop Lounge.
Cocktails Wars also kicks off High Rooftop Lounge’s first Industry Night, with cocktail enthusiast-approved specials every Monday night.
