The largest charity crawl on the West coast returns with the 11th Annual SANTA Monica Pub Crawl on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 5pm. The city’s best bars and restaurants will come together to help raise money for those in need during the holidays through a partnership with the Westside Food Bank.
This event is not to be confused with the standard pub crawl back in your college days. The streets of Santa Monica will be filled with merry cheer as Santa’s, Elves, Reindeer’s, Carolers and Santa’s Helpers roam the town to participating bars and restaurants in complete Santa/Holiday flaire; and its all for a great cause.

Crawlers sign up online, choose their favorite SANTA route and pay a $10-$25 donation/entrance fee (in advance). A very generous portion of all proceeds benefit the Westside Food Bank to feed the less fortunate over the holidays. Over the last ten years the SANTA Monica Pub Crawl has raised more than $130,000…enough for nearly half a million meals!
Participants must purchase the official SMPC wristband in order to gain entry into the bars and Main Street beer gardens and will receive discounted holiday food & drink specials at the participating bars ($3-$8). Wristbands can be purchased and picked up at one of the official starting locations along each route.
You must pick up your wristband from your official starting location and then move along to any of the bars on the crawl. A limited amount of wristbands will be available at each starting location for $20. Must arrive early – first come first serve.
All routes will collide at the Santa’s Secret Hideaway, the official After Party at 1212 Santa Monica on the Third Street Promenade. Festivies include DJ, dancing, photo booth, drunk specials and more!
All SMPC participants are asked to dress in Santa/Holiday attire, either individually or in teams, so that the streets of Santa Monica will be filled with merry cheer, such as: Santa, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer, Carolers and Santa’s Helpers. The Pub Crawl will include bars on Wilshire, Ocean Ave./ Promenade and Main Street.
