Join us for an evening of networking, mixing, mingling, and arts hosted by A Window Between Worlds, a nonprofit using art to help transform trauma. Enjoy delicious drinks and appetizers at this welcoming space while learning about AWBW’s impact on individuals and communities affected by violence and trauma through a healing arts program.
You, too, can participate in a hands-on art experience from AWBW’s curriculum at the mixer!
The organization will host its Heart Stories workshop inviting members to take “a window of time” to paint watercolor greeting cards depicting the story their heart might tell if it could speak. This is just one example of the many arts experiences also available at AWBW’s 20th annual Art in the Afternoon, their upcoming community art festival on June 8th!

About A Window Between Worlds:
A Window Between Worlds (AWBW) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Venice, CA. They collaborate with nearly 250 shelters, outreach centers, schools, and other human service agencies across the country to incorporate art-making into existing services in an affordable and accessible way. AWBW trains and supports the staff at these partner organizations in facilitating a healing arts curriculum with those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of trauma.

Venice Connect is an evening networking event designed for active and engaged professionals who are seeking to enhance their involvement in the local business community.
