What a night! In one area of Danny’s, Miss Jessica and the Sugar Shack Attack performed, people danced, passed out beads, and they crowned this year’s Mardi Gras Parade’s King and Queen. In the other room Alex and I joined Ross and Heidi’s going away party on our 9 year wedding anniversary day. To Ross and Heidi, I still cannot believe that you are leaving Venice to go to Botswana, Africa for two years. The peace corp and Africa are lucky to have you two. About Ross: He has been a Kettlebell Boxing enthusiast for two and 1/2 years, the author of the book Behind Happy Faces, and he is the Director of Youth Outreach for the National Mental Health Awareness Campaign.
