The Muscle Beach International Classic bodybuilding contest held this past Memorial Day at the Venice Beach Recreation Center/Muscle Beach was awesome. With over 150 competitors, three who traveled from France, Spain & Ecuador, the competition was fierce!

Highlights of the day were the induction of Ben Weider into the Muscle Beach Hall of Fame, the C-17 Globemaster Flyover supported by the 429th Wing Squadron from March AFB. and Command Chief Lisa Arnold, L.A. AFB, making opening remarks regarding the meaning and importance of Memorial Day.
