On Saturday, January 16th, 2010, Venice Paparazzi spotted Heal the Bay volunteers cleaning up our beaches. This group gathers together every third Saturday from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. to clean up one of Los Angeles’ beaches. On this Saturday, Venice was the location. About Heal the Bay’s Nothin’ But Sand cleanups: They are hands-on opportunities for volunteers to directly improve the condition of Santa Monica Bay beaches while enjoying the great outdoors. Cleanup locations rotate throughout the year amongst Los Angeles County’s dirtiest beaches…those that most need your help! All are welcome to participate in the cleanups.
