The first 1hr & 30mins will be dedicated to demonstrating Men’s Physique & Bikini models the best poses for each category and class.
•After 30min intermission Cynthia and Alberto will be reviewing rules, regulations, tanning, choosing a bikini or board-shorts,
•Nutrition/dieting followed by a 20min Q & A
•The last 10 min we will have a pose down to see practice all you’ve learned
**We will also be covering what to expect on your competition day
