About Kettlebell Boxing:
KETTLEBELL BOXING is an indoor and outdoor training group located in Venice, Ca. We use Russian kettlebells as the basis for our strength and conditioning programs and focus on precision techniques in regards to boxing skills. Head coach Alex Stowell is a R.K.C. certified kettlebell instructor as well as a registered coach for U.S.A Boxing. Assistant Coach Edizen Stowell coaches for U.S.A. Boxing and won a national women’s boxing title.

How to start- We have an introduction class every Sat. that runs from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. It is mandatory to complete the introduction. This will give you the skill set to successfully participate in our group classes.

Who can participate: All levels and all ages can participate. Women encouraged!

Schedule: We train at 7:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on M,W,F. As well we train at 10:00 a.m. on Sat. and Sun. We do privates and semi-privates as well.

Jeremy, Sully and Jack started playing their first shows at the Malibu Inn every Monday night, soon building a rapid local fan base with the local surfers and skaters. Their early shows helped the band find their true Southern California style combining’ melodic vocals, thumpin bass lines and thick beats. The band plays Reggae, Rock, Ska, Punk and even the odd waltz. Fans enjoy the spontaneous freestyles that keep the shows fresh and live every night.
