Check the concrete barrier that divides the parking lot and the boardwalk between Navy and Rose Ave. There are images and text of current and past murals of Venice and L.A. The Tour of Venice Murals was created by the Social and Public Art Resource Center, and is dedicated to the Venice Community, the muralists, and to all of you who care about mural preservation. Yikes I forgot to jog by Danny’s Bistro and Bar to take a snap shot of Rip Cronk’s Venice celebrity mural that is inside Danny’s. In addition, I forgot the mural on Main St., the one of Abbot Kinney in the Post Office, and the Dogtown Mural on the north wall of Jungle Video on Lincoln Blvd. Oh wait a minute, that mural is gone. Hmmm, I do have that photo in the archives, so I will add that one to this gallery in a few days. Well, enjoy the murals of Venice for now!
