This Thanksgiving will be marking our 7th annual Feed the Need Turkeyday Giveaway!
None of this would be possible without the support of our loving community. Feed the Need was all started with one intention, to g to give back to those in need. Seven years later and nothing has changed except our outreach has grown exponentially.
Thousands of sandwiches will be distributed throughout the greater Los Angeles area. We also will be putting together hygiene packs consisting of Socks, Tampons, Toothpaste/brushes, Soap, wet-wipes, deodorant, etc.

All of this could not be possible without your support!
This is a community driven event, so we need your support! Financial contributions are crucial to make this event happen. Anything helps, whether it’s $5 or $100, it all adds up!
We will also be accepting donations for our dessert and pastry table which can be brought to Bellissimo starting Monday November 25th. All items for the hygiene packs (only new items) will also be accepted starting Monday November 25th. Those items include Socks, Travel sized- Toothpaste, soaps and shampoos, Wet Wipes, and Tampons.
As a result of all the generous financial donations last year, we gave away over 3,000 sandwiches and hundreds of hygiene packs. We also gave hundreds of free coffees, pastries and desserts to all the people that stopped by.

Venice is home to a huge number of unique and successful individuals – together we are enormously powerful. If we join our voices together in the debate around homelessness we can be heard, and if we tackle this issue together, we can make an impact. Come and join us on Thanksgiving Day to help volunteer and make a difference.
Volunteers will be needed for Wednesday afternoon/evening for prep, and Thursday morning/afternoon for sandwich assembly and distribution. It is very important to hear from all interested volunteers so that I can adequately prepare and schedule both days. We also need drivers for distribution process.
