Grab your friends, family, and neighbors, and come on down to Nalu Vida, at the end of Washington Blvd. by the Venice Pier, on Feb. 8 for a full day community block party to help people affected by the fires.
The goal of the event is to help facilitate people being able to share resources; be it time, money, or supplies, with those who need it.
The day will start at 9:00 a.m. with the firefighters of Venice Station 63 cooking up pancakes breakfasts for a $10 suggested donation, which goes directly to Fire Station 63. Comedians, DJ’s, and live bands including Venice favorites The Brobots, will start at noon and run until sunset. There will also be local charities and service providers on site talking about their missions, how folks can get involved and/or donate.
It’s going to be an epic day of community togetherness and give back. A big fist bump to the Nalu Vida team for organizing this! Come join!
