THE GREATEST HITS
First Look Screening
Directed by Ned Benson
Join us at NeueHouse Venice Beach for a first look screening of Searchlight Pictures’ The Greatest Hits following its March 14 world premiere at SXSW will hit select theaters on April 5 and stream on Hulu on April 12.
The Ned Benson written and directed title follows Harriet (Lucy Boynton) who finds art imitating life when she discovers certain songs can transport her back in time – literally. While she relives the past through romantic memories of her former boyfriend (David Corenswet), her time travelling collides with a burgeoning new love interest in the present (Justin H. Min). As she takes her journey through the hypnotic connection between music and memory, she wonders – even if she could change the past, should she?

NeueHouse Venice Beach has its’ doors at 73 Market Street—a new work, social, and cultural hub for the Venice creative community, with an exquisite rooftop restaurant, light-filled bar, and expanded amenities for the Venice set.
A brief Venice history lesson: In the mid-1970s, Oscar-winning director/producer Tony Bill purchased 73 Market in Venice Beach, where he created a haven for artists, writers, filmmakers, and creators to come together, collaborate, and collide. Bill’s hub, which lasted well into the ‘80s, was actually just the latest chapter in a decades-long lineage of creative innovation born on Market, a historic two-block stretch just off the boardwalk. This colorful tradition is the inspiration for NeueHouse Venice Beach, the new home for Venice’s creative community to come together under (and on) one roof. Join us for a brief foray into the rich creative legacy of our newest house.
