Meet Executive Chef, Jason Wiggin.
From the Big Island of Hawaii and a rising star in Kansas City, Chef Jason Wiggin has been redefining the culinary scene of Downtown Kansas City since he stepped into the scene. Chef Wiggin has established his name in some of Kansas City’s hottest spots as the Executive Chef of The Hotel Phillips as well as Maker’s Mark Bourbon House and Lounge and the ultra luxurious Raphael hotel.
