We’re so grateful to be a safe haven for anyone who needs a space to breathe clean air, move through tension, and sweat out stress. If you’re impacted and need a place to heal, we’re here for you!
Every day at 3PM we are offering a free community class at all Sweat Yoga locations during the month of January. In this unique Half & Half class we combine 30 minutes of energizing Sweat Flow with 30 minutes of grounding Yin Yoga to provide holistic support during this difficult time. This is for your heart, mind, and body.
While the class is free, donations are welcome and optional. 100% of the proceeds will go to students and teachers directly impacted by the fires. We encourage you to bring your own mat and towel, though rentals will be available should you need them.

Why infrared heat?
THE ROOM
Sweat is renowned for its state-of-the-art infrared heating system, humidity, and oxygenated air circulation system to ensure the air you breathe is of the highest quality. Our rooms are heated from approximately 98-105 degrees to ensure maximal benefits from your practice. The temperature and humidity are adjusted throughout each class to set you up for success.
Our infrared heating system gently warms the body to safely stretch the muscles and help prevent injuries as you workout. Infrared heat, versus a typical thermostat, has many benefits. Learn more
