Participants, enjoyed yoga, stretching, facials, and wellness pop-ups including: LivOn, HeyDay, Don’t Quit, Philosophie, Equinox, and more.
The day’s schedule was as follows:
- 9:30 AM: Check-in
- 10:00 AM: Embrace your inner zen with a yoga session
- 10:45 AM: Tune into soothing soundscapes
- 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM: RECOVERY social featuring refreshing ice baths, invigorating stretching, rejuvenating massages, soothing facials, and a vibrant array of wellness vendors.
