Seven new cocktails and four mini cocktail “shooters” are added to the innovative cocktail menu. The bar program is masterfully led by Beverage Directors Marcus Ragas, whose resume includes The Chestnut Club and Caboco.
Included are GUERO with Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Bianco Bitters & Elderflower; PIMPER’S PARADISE with Jamaican Rum, Scotch, Campari, Carpano Antica, Jerk Spices & Tiki Bitters; GINGER MOJITO with Rum, Mint, Ginger, Lime & Ginger Beer; COCOLIMA with Rum, Coconut, Lime & Club Soda; SOLERA SPRITZ with Barrel-Aged Cachaça, Spiced Rum, Apricot, Hibiscus Chili Amaro, Li Hing & Bubbly; SATURN with Gin, Passion Fruit, Falernum & Kafir Lime Orgeat; and PONCHE DE BRUJA with Mezcal, Reposado Tequila, Spiced Pineapple, All Spice, Citrus & Ginger Beer (Serves Four).
GIN RUMMY also introduces four Mini Cocktail Shooters – WEST FALL with Mescal, Apricot, Lime, Falernum & Pineapple; PINA COLADA with Rum, Coconut, Pineapple & Lime; GREEN TEA with Jameson, Lemon, Lime & Peach; and PINEAPPLE LEMON DROP with Vodka, Cointreau, Lemon & Pineapple.
All cocktails are priced from $14-$17; mini cocktail shooters priced at $8 each.
