Enjoy films, art & music at the 20th Annual Other Venice Film Festival on Sept. 29th and 30th

We are thrilled to be returning for our 20th season on September 29th to the 30th. The OVFF is a nonprofit community event that celebrates the diverse and creative spirit of Venice, California through the screening of full-length, short, and animated films.

Since our humble beginnings in 2003, the OVFF has grown to become a major event on the international film festival circuit. Over two days, filmmakers from around the world will descend on Venice to showcase their work, engage in spirited Q&A sessions and panel discussions, and network with other creatives.

We are proud to present our best selection of films yet, covering a wide range of genres and styles. From thought-provoking dramas to heartwarming comedies, there is something for everyone at the OVFF. In addition to our film screenings, we will also be recognizing City Dignitaries with the Abbot Award for Community Service. We believe in giving back to our community and honoring those who have made a positive impact on the Venice area.
