Our Community Playground is featuring a free Easter Egg Hunt for kids up to 10 years old! Spread the word and we’ll see you there!

- Hunt begins at 10 a.m.
- 815 Venice Blvd., Venice, CA. Please use Victoria Ave entrance on the north side of the campus.
Following the Egg Hunt, the playground will stay open until noon. The church has partnered with Venice Moms and Ecole Claire Fontaine School to offer hospitality and community building events to the neighborhood.
About the new outdoor playground:
First Lutheran Church’s free outdoor playground offers a play space where children can slide, climb, play basketball, kick soccer balls and play in a sandbox.
The playground will be open every Saturday morning from 10am to noon and is free.
“There are few playgrounds in our neighborhood and we are excited to make ours available. Many families with children will benefit having a safe enclosed play space and this is another opportunity for local families to come together as a community” …Pastor John Palka.
First Lutheran Church of Venice was founded in 1944 and the Open Playground is just one part of the church’s commitment to offer friendly hospitality and has partnered with Venice Moms and the Ecole Claire Fontaine Pre-School to create this community free and safe place to play.
