Join Amanda Such, teacher and studio manager as she spreads her love for yoga and our Modo community to the beach. Teamed up with Julia Grace to weave our communities together. Modo Yoga LA – Venice is one of three socially and environmentally conscious hot yoga studios that are part of the Modo Yoga family in LA. We aim to collectively change the world one sweaty yoga class at a time. Modo Yoga is a form of hot yoga that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room.

About the Wave Silent Disco :

With light facilitation and intention, we dance, liberate, and celebrate to eclectic tunes spun by our live dj’s (from tribal house, to electronic, to old school funk, classics, and hip hop) streaming into silent disco headsets, giving you the freedom to dance, connect, and have space for full self expression.

The beach is your dance floor…The waves and the setting sun is your backdrop.

Together, this incredible duo, is curating a magical afternoon of feel good yoga and dance to fill and energize your soul. Our events inspire belonging and social change to raise awareness and funds for charity! 30% of this event’s sales will be going toward the Modo charity of the month!
