Rather than disappearing after the Roosterfish closed, this community has become more vibrant and is stronger than ever. It was inspiring last night listening to the diverse members of our Venice community, including our openly-gay Councilmember Mike Bonin speak about the tragedy of Orlando. Last night was also a call to action. Venice Pride is ongoing, and Venice Pride as an organization will continue as well to help support these actions, create events for coming together and help facilitate the needs and joy of the Venice and Westside LGBTQ community.View 2016 Standing with Orlando photos by Venice Paparazzi
