Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) is hosting their 11th Annual Skate the Coast on Sept. 29, 2018.
About the event: A 19 mile Skate – Bike – Roll from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach to support B4BC’s education, prevention and survivorship programs.

The event kicks-off on Friday evening Sept 28 with a registration party at Arbor Collective in Venice with live music, BBQ by Traeger Grills, plenty of Suja Juices and 10 Barrel Beers and a huge silent auction + raffle. Saturday September 29 participants will skate-bike-roll along the coast of Los Angeles starting at the Santa Monica Pier and ending at Dive-n-Surf in Redondo Beach. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.
About: Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation that advocates early detection and a healthy, active, lifestyle as the best means for breast cancer prevention. B4BC empowers young people to make positive choices that promote lifelong wellness through outreach, prevention, survivorship and support programs.

SEPT. 28. REGISTRATION KICK-OFF PARTY @ ARBOR VENICE
Join B4BC friends and family from 5PM- 10PM as we celebrate the 11th annual Skate the coast with a kick-off party at Arbor Venice. Register for the event, get your goodie bag + event t-shirt, and meet your fellow skaters. There will be music by Beeb$ and Dan Kelly of Fortunate Youth, juice from our friends at Suja, 10 Barrel Brews and Tasty BBQ thanks to Traeger Grills. MeloDrama snowboard film to follow.
SEPT. 29. B4BC’S SKATE THE COAST
Join us for B4BC’s 11th Annual Skate the Coast L.A., a 19-mile long boarding marathon from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach (pier to pier) that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle while raising awareness and funds for Boarding for Breast Cancer’s education and prevention programs. Come out and longboard, bike, or skate for a cause!

Have the time of your life and join the growing community of riders committed to the cause! Some of those who will be Skating the Coast L.A. will be dedicating their ride to a friend or loved one. Others just love to shred the love and support our cause. Whatever your reason, it’s guaranteed that your first time won’t be your last. It’s that awesome.
To participate, ALL RIDERS must FUNDRAISE a minimum of $50* (and fill out a waiver)!
