Tori Corpuz is our new Venice Senior High School intern.
She is learning how to do event photography and edit in the signature Venice Paparazzi style, as well learn the way that the business is run. With a natural eye and friendly disposition, Tori is a natural fit for the VP team.
She has been curating our weekly top ten Instagram column as well as helping to cover events with us.

To date she has shot 5 events as a VP photographer: Surfside’s One Year, Venice Art Crawl, Hare Krishna Festival, Street Photography, and the Fire Station 63 pancake breakfast. Today she is going to share her top 50 favorite pics from those events. Check out her photos below to see if you made the cut!

In addition to covering future events, she will be the official Venice Paparazzi correspondent for Venice High School, covering all things related to VHS.

Here is a message from Tori.
Working with Alex and Edizen and joining the VP team this summer has introduced me to the exhilarating world of event photography. I discovered the do’s and don’ts of composition, finally understood the importance of lighting and exposure, and proudly shot on manual for the first time. Along the way, I learned to love and embrace the beauty of chaos in shooting events and the liveliness of Venice itself. I couldn’t be happier to have grown as a photographer this summer and am thrilled to continue to improve and see how my eye and style develop.
