Beach wheelchairs allow users to roll across the sand for a “Front Row Seat” at the ocean’s edge!

Use of beach wheelchair is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. [No reservations/Reservations are available.] Daily hours: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. No wheelchair ramp over the sand available. Disabled parking is available.  Beach Wheelchairs are the property of and maintained by the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors. A valid driver license or I.D. is required to check out a Beach Wheelchair, in addition to a completed Liability Release Form.
